Typical day.....
Everyday in Lakeview and exactly 12:00 noon the Fire siren goes off! It is to let everyone in town know that it is noon. At our house it is an opportunity for the kids to yell, "MOM....it's time for lunch!" If I have not already started to prepare lunch before the siren goes off....like today....they make me aware of my downfall. However, in my defense I have been searching online for a miracle cake for the Twins 5th Birthday. Timothy wants a Spider-Man cake and Aleyna wants a Pony cake.....how to put the two together? Party is on Saturday at 11:00 you are invited! Well, off to make lunch!

Happy birthday, twiners! I remember when you were born! (And had to make your mom peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, BEFORE you arrived :)
We hear the fire alarms every day thanks to the fire station only being like 3 blocks away! What were we thinking when we bought the house? :)
