They are Five!

What a day! They woke up and they knew! They jumped on our bed....I'm 5 today! They got to eat chocolate cake for breakfast, we walked with friends, got to have a play date, and then the neighbor brought them chocolate cupcakes for lunch! What a morning! But that wasn't enough... we had planned to go to Klamath Falls and go out to dinner, do some shopping and get our pumpkins! And as their first great act as 5 year olds they went to get in the van so we could leave, they turned the key in the ignition just a titch and got in their seats. Dave got in the van ready to leave to go get Becca from school and the van was dead! Through a short but angry question and answer session, Dave was able to uncover the happenings. They simply wanted to listen to the radio. No harm done, I thought it was funny, though I don't know what kind of hint this gives me as to what kinds of mischievous things they may do in the future....
At any rate....I now have 5 year old twins! Party Saturday....come in costume! Our house 11:30, Lakeview, Oregon....coming from across the country? I will have lunch for you!:)
