Rainbows

You know how there are those days when you feel alone, down hearted and small....I hate having days like that. I fell like saying to the world "I am a mom not a professional"-

But it seems on the days when I am having the hardest times I am reminded of how much our Father in Heaven loves us. Something as simple as a rainbow.

And here is how I knew-

We were up for a quick visit at my parents and there was a storm...rain, snow, hail, sun, cold...all in one day. Then it cleared up and there was a beautiful rainbow that covered the entire sky. It was so close and so bright-it was breathtaking. Then the most beautiful sound of the harmonizing twins singing "When I am baptised"

I like to look for rainbows when ever there is rain
and ponder on the beauty of an earth made clean again.

CHORUS:

I want my life to be as clean as Earth right after rain
I want to be the best I can,
and live with God again.

I know when I am baptized my wrongs are washed away,

and I can be forgiven and improve myself each day.

How very blessed I am! I guess I am doing something right-
